Tonight, Samantha started to throw one of her fits. Because of my experience with Samantha and her "Melt Downs" I knew that the best way to handle these occasions is to simply put her in her room and let her know (if she can hear me over her crying and screaming) that when she is ready to calm down she can come back out.
Typically it will take anywhere from 5-20 minutes of her kicking, screaming, and crying in her room before she opens the door and says, "I'm ready to be calm", then she comes out and is fine!
Well, about 10 minutes after taking her to her room for this particular melt down, I called to her and said she could come down if she was ready to be calm because dinner was ready.
Her response came back...
"No mom! I have had ENOUGH of YOU!"
BJ and I looked at each other...Did she really just say that??!?!?!?! Then we couldn't help but laugh!
Apparently she'd had enough of me!

Sounds like My Keaton and your Samantha have something in common. I do the same thing. That is so funny that she'd had enough of you. I can't stop laughing!
