My little Christopher is a Kindergartner! Monday was his first day and he was SO excited! Here he is coming down the stairs all ready for his first day!
He got to wear his new school clothes that he picked out himself! He was thrilled to wear his Transformers, Optimus Prime shirt and his new shoes that help his run SO fast!!
When Samantha found out that she didn't get to go to school today she was pretty upset! She can't wait until she gets to go to school too!
We walked him back to his classroom door to wait in line for his teacher to come and lead them in.
He gave Sammy a big hug good bye and then waited in line with the rest of his cute and excited classmates!
Then when it was time to go and pick him up we drove back and waited for him to come out! Look at the cute smile on his face! He had SOO much fun!!
I wanted real badly to get a picture of him with his teacher, Ms. Carstens, but the first day was a little crazy, so on the second day, I went into his classroom and asked her if I could get a picture of her with him! She is a very nice lady and I'm excited to have her for his teacher!
I can't believe we have a Kindergartner! He is SO grown up! I hope that he continues to have the excitement and love for school and learning for a long time!! :) We LOVE you Christopher!

Before you know it, he will be a little missionary with his backpack slung over one shoulder looking back once more at his family as he enters the MTC! Life is great isn't it?
Hooray for Christopher!! I'm so glad you are having fun at school and that you are so excited about it. You are getting so big. We sure love you!

I'm in kindergarten too!! I want you to come to my house soon. How is kindergarten for you? Can I come visit you one day? I want to know how you are doing at your house and I want you to come see me play soccer like you did when I played t-ball. Do you love transformers? If you do you can come play with my bad guy transformer and my good guy transformer I got from Christmas. Can you come to dinner one day?
