Tonight we decided to take a drive up to Mesa to see the lights that they do on the temple grounds. It's quite similar to the Salt Lake Temple Grounds at Christmas! It was beautiful! We planned to be there early enough that we could walk around in the Visitor Center before it was dark and then be out to see the lights just as it was getting dark. This way we wouldn't be home too late and the kids wouldn't be to late getting to bed!
Inside the Visitors Center there was this statue of Jesus Christ. Samantha and Christopher wanted so badly to hold His hand. I had to get a picture. It was too cute!
Then we went and looked at a nativity display and then watched Luke 2. After that we went outside and it was just getting dark. Perfect timing! I took some pictures. It was beautiful and we had a good time!
