This morning we woke up and she opened one of her presents...and it just happened to be one with a dress that she could wear to church! Amazing!!
Yesterday I made a purple cell phone cake for her birthday cake per Sammy's request. She was pretty excited about it!
Then, after church we came home to a half eaten birthday cake and a dog with a purple smile...Shame on Chico! Samantha was heart broken that the dog would eat her birthday cake. We consoled her letting her know that she could still blow out candles and we could eat the half that Chico didn't get to.
Poor little girl! .... Darned Dog! >:|
But, things started to look up when we told her she got to open more presents...
After she opened all her presents we took her new "Rocket Bike" out and taught her how to ride it...she caught on pretty quick and she only fell once!! She still struggles a little with keeping both hands on the handlebars and watching where she's going and not her feet, but she'll be a pro before long!
Samantha is such a blessing to us and a special part of our little family! She is full of energy and spirit keeping us all on our toes! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAMMY, WE LOVE YOU!!
